End of Year Letter 2015
As 2015 is rapidly coming to a close I would like to introduce some of the new chiropractors that have recently joined Shirley Rd Chiropractic or will be joining in 2016. Each of them have something unique to offer the practices and I am privileged to have them join the SRC team. Clive Farrelly, a keen surfer and Yoga teacher, will surely inspire many who wish to improve how they move and prevent injury. Rebecca Player, a fully qualified ballet and tap teacher, is interested in the treatment of lower limb injuries and determining the readiness of young dancers moving on to “point”. Andrew Callister has a long history in the fitness industry and already has encouraged many who are determined in looking after their health and improving their overall performance.
This is personally a very exciting time for me in practice as I have a dedicated group who would like to expand and help implement plans to provide lecture seminar series to interested community and sporting groups on various topics. These might include presentations on injury prevention and “pre-habilitation”, neuroplasticity, balance and good health, yoga, foot and ankle biomechanics, health and fitness among many others. If this is of interest to you, or a group you know of, please let us know so we may cater for your needs.
Shirley Rd practices will be closed on Christmas Eve and over the Christmas period and will officially re-open on Monday 11 January 2016. Please visit our home page on the website to see if there is some limited hours available over the break.
I would like to wish you and your family a happy, healthy and safe Christmas and New Year from all of us at Shirley Rd Chiropractic.
